a conveyor belt is to achieve the strongest, most permanent splice possible. Hot vulcanization is the process that will usually best accomplish this objective. With no mechanical splice, there is less material loss and less wear on
skirting and scrapers. Conveyors
can be used immediately after work
is complete, as opposed to the curing time needed with cold vulcanization. | On-Site Vulcanizing We are completely self-contained
and capable of performing on-site vulcanizing. We supply equipment, power, and water for cooling, unless
we are in an area where a gasoline-powered generator is unacceptable. This process saves time and money
by not needing to tear down your equipment to install an endless
belt. We use only state-of-the art equipment to insure strong, long-lasting splices. | Top-Quality Equipment We have state-of-the-art equipment
